Kevin and Cheryl invite you to join us and our Artists at our Pre Mothers Day Art Show. This is a special time of year and what better opportunity to bring Mum along for a night out or over the weekend and see a range of superb art works; she might find a little treasure to take home. Carnarvon Golf Club is a perfect venue for our shows with its parking and refurbished restaurant open for reasonable meals and coffee Friday and throughout the show. Join the artists Cheryl and I. Bring your art friends along to 65 Nottinghill Rd Lidcombe.4th to 6th May. 

 

 PRO HART FREE As a special treat for Mothers Day we will be giving away, with each sale of paintings, a very limited edition China plate fired with sketches from Max Mannix and Pro Hart. These are part of Cheryl’s and my private collection and our gift to you.

 DAVID BRAYSHAW has just completed a Prestigious commission of 8 paintings adorning the walls of the largest luxury yacht ever built in Australia. The Yacht designer was so impressed there are already more commissions in the pipeline. He continues to win awards and his works are now sold across the world.

 WERNER FILIPICH Werner has had significant health problems this year and is due, yet again, in Hospital. We wish him a speedy recovery. He’s told me he is looking forward to seeing all his friends at the show. His works for this show are really ‘Out of the box’.

 JOHN BRADLEY. This year, Copyright and Royalty deals continue to be made with six new contracts signed by the North American’s to reproduce images for international distribution. The most significant of these is with the giant company “Trademark Global” whose clients include Amazon, Walmart, JC Penny and Target We have a number of originals for sale at this show along with studies of others

 MAX MANNIX is an Aussie Icon creating some of the most important paintings of any Australian artists capturing the quintessential outback way of  life of Australia’s past. His works is Typical not Particular and depicts his time in the outback as a Jackaroo. His paintings live on as an historic reminder of what we were. Max has donated our Lucky door prize. Everyone gets a free ticket on entry to the show.

RICHARD BOGUSZ has managed to paint a few more paintings this year and they are fantastic. They won’t last long.

 JOHN VANDER’S health hasn’t been that great this year and he is painting a lot slower which shows in the remarkable detail in his works for this show. He has a great selection of works I am sure you will enjoy, but you will need to be quick to own one.

 PAUL MARGOCSY. Has been working steadily and Cheryl and I  would be proud to hang any of his new works! This trypdych ‘see no evil ‘hear no evil’ and ‘speak no evil’ is a prime example of his talent and wit. He is acknowledge by many to be Australia’s premium Birdlife artist.

 IAN HANSEN Has done it again! He has painted a huge canvas of the landing at Sydney Cove by the first fleet in 1788. A 15” x 12” study of the painting will also be available at the show along with 2 studies of the painting used on the Australia Post  stamp. No doubt with his latest International and local acclaim he is the world’s top marine artist.

 JAMES HOUGH is now recognised as one of the greats in the wildlife art world with international sales and a growing commission book for his incredible wildlife depictions. His birds and animals are so life like, I have to clean the feathers off the floor at every art show during moulting season! Well Done! For enquiries call me.

 RAMON WARD-THOMPSON is still travelling and this New York Central Park painting will amaze you. He really is a talented artist and his romantic series of distant cities brings back wonderful holiday memories to many of our clients.

  OTTO KUSTER’S background was as a restorer of art and sculpture in the great palaces and palatial homes of his native Bavaria and these Skills are being put to work in Australia today with Otto restoring dirty and or damaged art works for a wide range of clients and values. Ask me how to go about restoring your works. Otto has excelled himself this show! I congratulated him on the wide variety and undoubted quality of his new pieces.
